FREDRICK CHABARI
KENNEDY OCHIENG NDIRE
Kennedy Ndire has vast experience in enterprise systems and network design and implementation, Data Centre Setup and management, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Siebel CRM and Translogic) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamic CRM) design and rollout, user training, project management, policing and strategic management. He holds a first-class Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Strathmore University. He has wide spread professional trainings in the expanse of ICT. He is currently pursuing Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi. He has previously worked in various positions with Kenya Railways, Rift Valley Railways, Independent Policing Oversight Authority and at Huduma Kenya Secretariat among others.
HASSAN KIDZUGA
Hassan holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, CPA (K), and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and a Certified Monitoring & Evaluation Expert. He has previously worked in various positions with Coast Water Services Board, Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust, NEMA, Action Aid International Kenya among others. He has also undertaken training in Financial management & Good Governance at the Danida Fellowship Centre – Denmark.
EUNICE JUMA
Eunice Juma’s experience spans over twelve years in finance, project management and human resource management. Prior to joining IPOA she was the Board Secretary to the County Public Service Board of Tana River for a period of four and a half years. Previously she worked in various positions with ICPSK, National Environment Management Authority, Kenya Red Cross Society and Eldoret Hospital among others. She holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance option, Master of Arts in Project Planning & Management both from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting option) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CS). She has undertaken training in corporate governance and performance management.
DIANA WATILA
Diana Watila is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Governance at the African Nazarene University. Diana is a Law graduate from the University of Nairobi and holds a post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a certificate in Leadership and Integrity from the Central European University in Hungary. Diana has extensive experience in Human Rights and police reforms gained from working in the civil society sector. Prior to working with IPOA, Diana worked at International Commission of Jurists as a Program Officer and later at the Independent Medical Legal Unit.
