Rodah Ochira holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Moi University, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Public Administration from Moi University. She is a Lead Auditor in Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008. She has over 12 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. Rodah previously served Stima Investment Cooperative Society before joining IPOA. Prior to this, she served Kenya Railways Corporation Human Resources and Administration Department for 10 years. She has undertaken various competency development programmes with the Institute of Human Resource Management and an Executive course in Human Resource Management from Galilee International Management Institute. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
