The Outstanding Police Service Awards (OPSA) is an initiative by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) together with the National Police Service Commission (NPSC); the National Police Service (Kenya Police Service, Administration Police Service and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations); the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR); the Rotary Club of Nairobi; Usalama Reforms Forum; Transparency International among other many partners to recognize Outstanding Police Officers and Police Facilities in delivery of policing services.
